Swedish Massage is known for inducing relaxation and improving circulation. It helps relieve tension through gentle, rhythmic strokes, aiming to relax and rejuvenate the body for enhanced healing.

Deep tissue massage applies deep pressure to muscles, tendons, and tissues to relieve tightness and discomfort by targeting deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia.

Prenatal massage

Prenatal massage helps alleviate pregnancy discomforts like back pain, swelling, and fatigue. It promotes relaxation and targets specific areas of discomfort for the mother's well-being and safety.

lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage offers relief from chronic pain, stimulates the lymphatic system, promotes relaxation, reduces insomnia and stress, and is beneficial post-surgery for procedures like mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, and liposuction.

Hot stone massage involves placing heated stones on the back to provide heat therapy, reduce muscle tension and pain, relax muscles, and allow for deeper pressure during the massage without discomfort.

Cupping treatment involves placing cups on the skin, creating negative pressure to draw tissue up. Benefits include improved blood flow, toxin elimination, relaxation, better sleep, pain relief, and inflammation reduction.

CANCELLATIONS

Your therapy times are reserved ​exclusively for you. Should you ​need to cancel or reschedule, ​please notify me at least 24 ​hours in advance.

RU​NNING LATE

Please be on time for treatment ​sessions as late starts may not ​receive extension of scheduled ​appointments. In special cases ​with advanced notice, partial or ​full appointments may be ​accommodated as time allows.

FREQENTLY ASKED

What can i expect at my first massage?

I will ask you to fill out a health history form to let me know about any current concerns or goals you want me to deal with. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask them.

DO I HAVE TO REMOVE ALL MY CLOTHES?

No. We will ask you to remove clothing only as far as you feel comfortable. Your therapist will leave the room while you're undressing and will provide towels and blankets to cover you during the massage. There are some massages that work well if you want to remain clothed, so discuss this with us before you book.

Is Deep Tissue Massage Better Than Swedish?
